Radius is again offering screened face to face consultations. We require all patients to drive to the surgery for their scheduled appointment time. We are still offering telehealth consultations if patients wish to use this option. Please be aware that a subsequent face to face consultation may be required from your GP. *Please be aware that if phone calls are not answered at the allocated appointment time, a non-attendance fee of $50 is applicable. Due to Medicare guidelines to be eligible for a Telehealth consult rebate, you are required to have had a face to face consult with one of our GPs in the last 12 months. Therefore please book a 'screened face to face' consult if you have not seen one of our GPs in last 12 months when booking online. For assistance, please phone Reception on 3264 0800. Any patients that have experienced any respiratory symptoms in the last 14 days are to be booked as a telehealth consultation initially in order to be triaged and assessed.
