The company was founded in 2012, yet we have 10+ years' experience in pre-OCR imaging, OCR solutions, and document management systems development through our previous work experience. Millions of document pages have been digitized using software created at ALANIS. Our customers are located in Russia and Western Europe. The company office is planted in Academgorodok (Russian for Academic village) of Novosibirsk, Russia, home of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences and Novosibirsk State University. Our expertise spans over imaging technologies aimed at scan enhancement for OCR, viewers' eyes and printing on demand. Besides that, we are one of the few companies on the mass OCR market offering tools for breaking newspaper pages into separate articles. ALANIS Software constantly extends its expertise by adopting new technologies and reaching out to new customer markets. One of our latest fields of interest is creation of comprehensive software solutions for overhead book scanners built around SLR cameras.
