يقع "مصنع الإسناد" في المنطقة الصناعية الثالثة بمدينة الرياض على مساحة 13.000 متر مربع، وتشتمل المنشأة على أربعة أجنحة للإنتاج، كل منها مجهز برافعة علوية يمكنها رفع أحمال تصل إلى 10 أطنان. ويُعد "مصنع الإسناد" أول منشأة سعودية خاصة تلبي المتطلبات العسكرية السعودية الخاصة بتصنيع قطع الغيار. ويُعد المصنع أيضاً مركز نشاط "الإسناد" فيما يتعلق بتوطين قدرات وخبرات التصنيع وكذلك التعاون مع الشركات العالمية. يعمل مصنع الإسناد الآن بنجاح لأكثر من 10 سنوات وهو متخصص في أعمال الخراطة والتشكيل واللحام والتجميع والطلاء والدهان، ودائماً ما يحصل العملاء على نتائج وحلول تتميز بجودة واحترافية علامة الإسناد التجارية. The Factory is located in Riyadh's Industry Zone 3, Al Esnad's 13,000 m2 facility has four production bays, each equipped with an overhead crane that can carry weights up to 10 tons. It was the first private Saudi facility to meet the demanding Saudi Military requirements for parts manufacturing. The factory is also the focal point of Al Esnad's efforts at localizing the manufacturing capabilities and know-how, and cooperation with international companies.
