In process of founding Al-Amir group of companies, we focused on a business plan that included the use of advanced technologies, management policies and procedures, a strong financial base, and the implementation of TQM in all of our operations depending upon cost saving solutions, however, we focused, first and foremost on building an organization with culture and values.
