School of Fine Arts and Design|St.Joost (AKV|St.Joost), part of Avans University of Applied Sciences, has over 200 years of experience in art education. We train students to visual artists or designers in the disciplines of Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Spatial Design, Photography, Film, Illustration and Animation. For this we offer two bachelor's and four master's programmes: - Fine Art and Bachelor's degree in Design (Illustration | Animation, Photography | Film, Graphic | Spatial Design - Master of Animation and MA Fine Art, MA Photography, MA Graphic Design. Our Master Institute is located in the south of the Netherlands in the city of ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Situated in the heart of Europe and European art and design, the institute offers a broad perspective on theory and practice and allows for a lively international exchange. Our modern, 24/7 facilities and open studio concept create a fertile environment in which a rich, multidisciplinary practice can grow.
