AKADI helps executives, managers, and teams get to know themselves better, shift their perspectives, and take action together. When silos, unspoken issues, or organizational change undermine cooperation, Catherine Fouilland, founder of AKADI, designs customized coaching sessions, training programs, team-building activities, and collective intelligence workshops in both French and English. A certified Co-Active® Coach, ICF member, Points of You® Business Trainer, and ESSEC lecturer, she combines positive psychology, emotional intelligence, VIA strengths, art, metaphorical imagery, and game-based learning. These creative experiences help clarify perspectives, bring new insights to light, harness strengths, and drive lasting action. Since 2010, she has supported nearly 400 people through coaching sessions, training programs, and workshops, notably with Bpi France, Essilor Luxoticca, Saferail, Condat Group, Lennox, Crédit Agricole… and ESSEC Business School. AKADI is a coaching firm and a Qualiopi-certified training organization.
