We always use almonds that are sprouted to make sure our customers receive the maximum nutritional benefit when they eat our snacks. Palmonds are never roasted, but slowly dehydrated at low temperatures to ensure the nutritional benefit of the almond stays intact but still delivers a delicious crunch. Our almonds are tossed in fermented coconut tree sap, or Coconut Aminos, which is a vitamin-rich liquid seasoning packed with essential amino acids. Palmonds are flavored with real ingredients and have no extra added oils or fats. Why add extra unnecessary calories and fat to something that is already packed full with the healthy fats our bodies need to thrive?
