Insights from the AI & Geopolitics Project (AIxGEO), an initiative dedicated to a more cooperative future for AI and geopolitics directed by Verity Harding at the Bennett School of Public Policy, University of Cambridge. This page is independently managed by the project team to share ideas, updates, and reflections from our ongoing work. AIxGEO uses research, convenings and wider communications to explore the geopolitics of artificial intelligence and challenge the prevailing narrative of an ‘AI arms race’. Putting sharing principles, economic outcomes and multi-stakeholder involvement at the heart of AI policy, we highlight the opportunities to deploy AI as a technological tool for societal benefit.
