Aiving develops sport-specific software and user experiences for wearable devices — transforming motion data into clear, actionable feedback for athletes, coaches, and teams. Our mission is simple: to make high-quality, instant feedback accessible to every athlete, in every training session. Today, most wearables only tell you where you were. We build products that tell you what you did and how well you did it — putting that information into context so athletes can instantly understand and apply it to their training. We design the entire experience — from software and algorithms to hardware integration, straps, and user interface — ensuring every product works seamlessly and reliably for athletes in real-world conditions. We began in figure skating, where objective technique feedback has long been out of reach. Our first product, the Aiving Jump Tracker, automatically detects jump type, airtime, rotation speed, and total in-air rotation — providing clear, meaningful insights that help athletes track progress, manage load, and train smarter every day. Already used by national teams across Europe and featured in ISU Centres of Excellence and coach-education programs worldwide, Jump Tracker brings continuous, objective feedback to a sport that has never had it before. Our technology platform and dataset — the world’s largest structured collection of figure-skating movements (18,000+ labeled jumps and as many hours of skating data) — form the foundation for expansion into other sports requiring precise, repetitive motion. Next up: ice hockey, snowboarding, skiing, gymnastics, and skateboarding. The name Aiving comes from the Icelandic word “Æfing,” meaning practice — because every great performance starts there. Built by athletes. Verified by experts. Trusted by teams. 🌐 aiving.ch Headquarters: Lausanne, Switzerland Specialties: wearable technology · motion analysis · sports AI · athlete performance · injury prevention · user experience design
