Aitho is a Digital Service Company with the mission of promoting a positive impact in Sicily through the retention, return and development of qualified human capital. The company offers software consultancy services for the design, development, and implementation of web applications and system integration through Agile methodologies. AITHO’s Developers Academy enables the growth of students and recent graduates through structured training and on-the-job learning programs. To promote the "return" of qualified resources, incentive policies are implemented through bonuses and attractive South Working conditions. At AITHO, the workplace is considered a great space for exchange and collaboration among resources. In 2021 a second-level national contract was signed to regulate Smart Working as a definitive work methodology, and to introduce benefits and welfare policies designed together with the employees. In 2023 the company is taking further steps by announcing the distribution of equity to workers and the possibility for a representative to participate in the board of directors. The same collaborative approach is also used externally, through agreements with clients for the valorization and growth of younger resources, and in the development of the partner ecosystem in the territory where the company operates.
