Aither Commodities is a Business Unit of AitherCO2 S.p.A., Italian leading provider of financial solutions to the world’s environmental and energy markets. Our core business is to perform the distribution and the delivery of physical commodities worldwide, giving special emphasis to emerging economies, balancing their needs, growing their assets and matching their interests with developed countries. AitherCommodities engages in three lines of product: Energy, Petrochemicals and Chemicals. Born in 2012 as a spin-off of ACO2, it's now successfully performing in EMEA and ASEAN, having established solid partnerships with local producers and a direct presence overseas. We serve producers and consumers with dedication, passion and professionalism; our in-depth experience, flexibility and wide network enable us to timely serve the market from the origination to the physical delivery. Through-out our offices in Dakar, Jakarta and San Francisco we work closely with the Industry key principals among the supply-chain, being a competitive alternative for our customers worldwide. Our portfolio is widely diversified among Steel producers and consumers, Oil refiners, storages and distributors of finished products, miners, power generation and cement producers. In the Med Area, In the Med Area, we have been their access to the international market and, as such, they rely on us for the supply of distillates, coal, petrochemicals and fertilizers. Furthermore, AitherCommodities is a key player in Italy for the sales&trading of the Compulsory Stock Tickets (CSOs) under the Council Directive 2009/119/EC from the European Union. We can provide a strong support on logistics, custom clearance, storage and financing to producers and end-users among the supply-chain. Our network on the principal Mediterrean ports and our in-depth field experience give us a global overview of the market, enabling us to be on the edge in a highly volatile Industry.
