Airport Industrial Park is the nation's leading multi-level and preeminent mixed-use facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. We offer space to a broad spectrum of client uses including Class A office space, tel-com / data flex space, and both light and high cube warehouse. Our large floor plates provide tenant flexibility and range in size up to 160,000 SF. Tenant suites range in size between 300 SF to 120,000 SF or more. Airport Industrial Park is unique in that virtually all of our suites offer drive-up access, adjacent parking to the suites, and we provide generous parking ratios for our tenants. Our on-site ownership, management and maintenance team developed the building from its inception and have continuously maintained and managed all operations since that time. We manage the full cycle of tenant interaction from initial client contact, space design and planning, permitting, turn-key build-out, and on-going support of tenant's day-to-day facility needs.
