AIP Technologies, LLC provides consulting and training services to companies in the Aging-in-Place and older adult marketplace, and safety and technology solutions for Older Adults who wish to age-in-place. Bill McCaughey is the founder of AIP Technologies, LLC. Bill is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. The CAPS designation is sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), through a program that was developed by the NAHB and AARP. To earn the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist certification, you must complete workshops focused on aging-in-place and pass a series of examinations. Bill has founded numerous companies in the past twenty five years including a residential services company that was listed on the New York Stock Exchange, an affordable housing construction company, and a residential and commercial energy marketing firm. Bill holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (retired) and a LEED Green Associate.
