In 2004, he founded Academic Business Incubators (AIP), supporting over 16,000 startups and creating over 160,000 jobs. In 2011, Dariusz founded business.link, Poland's first coworking network, which became a leading hub in the CEE region. In 2017, business.link received €20 million from Skanska, one of the largest venture rounds in Poland, and Skanska later acquired shares.In 2015, Dariusz and Rafał Brzoska created the bValue VC fund, joined by top Polish entrepreneurs. The fund has made over 30 investments, supporting projects like Tidio, Your KAYA, Landingi, and Senuto.
