Aina Consultants is a socially responsible company dedicated to building sustainable public-private partnerships around our trademark infinite leadership development programs. Our aim is to foster exponential growth within the operations and programs of corporations by promoting inclusive leadership, agile task management, and mentorship and support for purpose-driven employees as they work up, down, and through the professional pipeline. For every professional that participates in one of our paid programs, we give leadership and incubator-driven programming to a woman in the developing world or vulnerable communities - because leadership cannot be developed in isolation, and as our world becomes more global, so too must our leadership development. Through this unique one-for-one business model, we provide corporations with not only the tools to foster and grow their purpose-driven employees into powerful executives, but also to create a culture of meaning within their companies as they create meaningful, inclusive support communities worldwide. Through our strong network with over 70 accredited NGOs and nonprofits around the world, we deliver 3-year capacity-building programs to empower the women they serve to go out and become the leaders of their own lives and, eventually, communities. This creates sustainable change within the communities our partner organizations serve. With our corporate and private clients we create tailored workshops and executive coaching to develop the up-and-coming female talent into strong leaders that lean into their strengths and provide inclusive support to all through the pipeline.
