Founded in 1997, Pauline D’Arcy HR & Recruitment Consulting is an international Recruitment and Executive Search firm based in Cairo, Egypt. We make placements for multinational and local companies in a variety of sectors and disciplines, ranging from middle management to executive level. Since 2007, we have been a member of AIMS International, the largest Executive Search consultancy in the world. Aims International is indeed spread across 5 continents in over 50 countries and more than 350 consultants collaborate together. Beside our recruitment activities, we also provide HR consulting services such as market advice, psychometric tests, assessments and salary surveys.
