AImpower.org Information

AImpower.org is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that researches and co-creates AI technologies for and with marginalized communities to dismantle barriers, generate benefits, and seek social justice. The scope of our work include but is not limited to: 1. Research that uncovers structural barriers and techno-systemic discriminations against marginalized communities; 2. Design and Development of existing or future technologies that are inclusive and empowering to communities that have been structurally marginalized in our society; 3. Advisory and support of other community organizations on their technical agenda; 4. Advocacy for socio-structural changes beyond technologies.
