The real friction usually sits deeper — in early product decisions, broken workflows, permission logic, and the system reasoning behind the interface. AimCordert is a Design & Innovation studio working in UX & Product Strategy. We partner directly with founders, business leaders, and product teams as design strategists — across B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, fintech, and consumer marketplace products. Most engagements fall into one of three situations: START — A founder with an idea and no product yet. We define what the software needs to do before a line of code is written, map the user journey, and hand engineering something they can build without guessing. FIX — A platform that's quietly become a mess. Years of decisions stacked on top of each other, workflows nobody fully understands anymore. We untangle it and make the logic legible again. GROW — A product that works but won't survive scale. Too many roles, too many permission edge cases, a component system fraying at the seams. We build the structure — RBAC models, design systems — that lets it grow without falling apart. We design and strategize. We don't build — that boundary is deliberate, and it's what keeps the thinking sharp instead of diluted by delivery pressure. Recent work includes a multi-tier insurance SaaS platform spanning 4 role layers, enterprise workflow and permissions design for a communications platform, and multi-user marketplace and access-management products across fintech and consumer domains.
