The concept that somewhere in an organization, someone is more than you know. At AIM-UP, we believe people inherently want to grow, and want to feel and be seen. We believe people are passed over, not given opportunities, and overlooked, when everyone should be able to feel and know they are capable of anything, they just need someone to believe in and support them. AIM-UP is here to enable that mission. How? Via our personalized assessment that creates an Inside Story of you… this is a map, not a mirror. It's a point, a moment in time. And what do you get? You get seen. Not only seen, but the opportunity to see others , and in the process, grow, via alignment snapshots that help two people see how they may use words they think mean the same thing, yet mean something different to each of them, and what one another needs to be able to accomplish things in the same room together. And even more: a cohort report for organizations, leaders, and teams to see groups in aggregate, to further growth and communication. What?
