Alan Donaldson, MD, has a successful 20-year career in the food industry during which he held a number of senior operational roles within a wide variety of businesses ranging from large Blue Chip organisations to smaller family run concerns. Kerry Delaney and Elliot Andrew, Recruitment Consultants, have between them 10 years experience in recruitment, of which Kerry has spent 5 in executive headhunting where she has represented FTSE 100 companies and SMEs nationally specialising in niche technical roles and senior management/board level appointments across multiple sectors. Kerry and Elliot are now ably assisted in by Anna Moizio whose background in recruitment has been developed within EMEA region. We appreciate that the recruitment process is a partnership; understanding and communication are crucial to ensuring satisfaction to all concerned.
