Cork sailor Eddie English started the school in 1974 to provide safe, enjoyable tuition afloat and ashore. SailCork offers training courses for adults and juniors in Sailing, Powerboating and Navigation as well as Commercial training and social events for Industry in Cork Harbour. SailCork can also offer tourists from Ireland and abroad a full days fun afloat in the sheltered, safe and picturesque East Ferry Marina. Since early 2020 SailCork has run many courses online - these include navigation courses for beginners, improvers and advanced. The SailCork "Explore and Discover" online series has been a huge success drawing participants from all over Ireland and abroad. These enjoyable and informative sessions explore various coastlines to help with pilotage and passage planning. Presenter Eddie English shares his knowledge of each area in a light hearted informative way telling stories of the past and the present.

Aikido Kenkyukai International, USA (AKI USA) is a 501(c)(3) California nonprofit public benefit corporation. AKI USA is dedicated to encouraging the practice of the Japanese non-violent martial art of aikido and promoting aikido as a positive and effective vehicle for self improvement and spiritual growth, and as a harmonious way to resolve everyday stress and conflict.

Premier Martial Arts and Fitness Academy is a full time school, open six days a week in Boranup Avenue, Clarkson. Our purpose built centre has two fully-matted martial arts training floors and a separate Fitness Floor with cardio and weight machines. As well as Martial Arts training, we also run Fitness and Circuit classes 4 days a week. There is a program to suit all ages and levels in our fully equpped training facility. Our facilities allow us to run over 100 classes every week, with a program and a time to suit everyone in the family. Have a look at our timetable. Premier Academy Martial Arts hosts regular events and special training sessions such as beach training, coastal rides and running the Kokoda trail at Kings Park. We also have regular fundraising events both at our Academy and at various venues around the local area. All of these proceeds go directly to Ward 3b, the children's cancer ward at PMH.
