AIIZATION BOARD is the advisory practice of Thomas Zimmerer. One person, no team, no delivery organization. AI does not change who decides. It changes the assumptions underneath the decision, the value creation logic, the margin dynamics, and how long a decision stays valid before it needs revisiting. The core issue for a board is not making a better decision today. It is that decisions expire faster than they used to. Governance structures differ by country. The work does not. I sit with supervisory boards, advisory boards and boards of directors, with executive and management boards, and with individual executives driving an AI agenda in their own area of responsibility. Also with investors and owners assessing what AI does to value creation in a portfolio company. I have held the seat myself: the European Executive Board of Klöckner & Co SE, the Management Board of EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi, Executive Board member of Hoffmann Group, and today Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of enerlog AG. The work covers board-level AI strategy and decision frameworks, AI governance, risk and regulatory readiness, AI-driven business model evolution and portfolio impact, and board and executive sparring on critical strategic questions. Three ways to start: a closed one day board session, a four week diagnostic covering portfolio, governance and a strategic roadmap, or continuous sparring once that foundation is set. Enterprises with 300 million to 15 billion euros in turnover, sweet spot around 1 billion. I do not build it. I supervise what gets built, so it delivers what the board decided.
