AIGO is a marketing and communications agency that has specialised in tourism, travel and hospitality. Our work involves introducing destinations, products and tourism services onto the market. We methodically define the processes required to position brands, set up multi-channel distribution and establish dialogues - not just communications - with a focus on innovation and revenue. Since 1990 we have been combining our extensive knowledge of trade and media with a rigorous systematic approach, driven by market research and data analysis. Using this as a starting point, we define clear strategies and follow through to implement marketing plans and integrated communications that are effective and produce measurable results. Following this approach, over the past 29 years we have worked with ministries of tourism, airlines, hotel chains and important distribution businesses, as a consultant and a real partner, contributing to the development of successful organisations, brands and products in their target markets.
