AIESEC Namibia is a branch of the world’s largest student-run organization with more than 86,000 members. Active in over 2,700 universities across 126 countries and territories, AIESEC is the international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society. In partnership with business and higher education, AIESEC has over 65 years of experience in developing high-potential students into globally minded responsible leaders. AIESEC aims to develop the leaders that society needs now and in the future by giving students and recent graduates the opportunity to develop leadership and business skills and go abroad on professional and volunteering internship experiences. AIESEC uses an innovative approach to engaging and developing today’s youth. By offering opportunities to build extensive international personal networks and explore leadership opportunities, we provide a platform for young people to discover direction and ambition for their futures.
