AIESEC, the world's largest youth-run organization, is the international platform that enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society. Founded in 1948 with the mission of peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential. AIESEC last year provided over 24,000 leadership experiences and delivered over 500 conferences to our membership of over 86,000 students, AIESEC also runs an exchange program that enabled over 20,000 students and recent graduates to live and work or volunteer in another country. AIESEC is present in more than 113 countries and territories worldwide. AIESEC In Belgium operates several key programs to engage with students and companies. Through our campus recruitment and global talent sourcing programs we offer companies the opportunity to source top talent both domestically and globally. We also offers leadership development opportunities to students through our global leadership development platform. Business and youth engagement opportunities are also available through our Youth to Business Forum. AIESEC cooperates with a select group of organizations on programs and activities with a local-national and global reach. We currently partner with Microsoft, PwC, Unilever, ING, and over 60 top companies in Belgium ranging from Multinationals to SME's.
