AIESEC je najveća svjetska organizacija vođena mladima, te broji preko 80 000 članova u 126 zemalja i teritorija svijeta. Nastala je nakon drugog svjetskog rata s ciljem da poveže mlade iz različitih zemalja kako bi pomogla izgradnji tolerancije i međukulturalnog razumijevanja. Danas je AIESEC prerastao u nešto puno veće, te mladima od 18-30 godina omogućuje odlazak na stručne i volonterske prakse diljem svijeta.
