AI & Chips Amsterdam (AICA) is a two-day event that brings together organisations and minds from the full AI stack under one roof. To make true progress, no layer of the stack can be ignored. And yet these domains frequently work in isolation, hindering collaboration. Chipmakers cannot fully see the future workloads they are optimising for, and model builders aspire towards scaling without entirely understanding the infrastructure limits. Performance, reliability and cost are often determined by the hardware, to which software developers are to often oblivious. To make better models, we need better hardware; better hardware demands better software, which in turn needs a deeper understanding of models, data, deployment, and real-world constraints. Recognising layers beyond the algorithms that define AI in the public imagination, this conference will be a global meeting point for 500 minds: from semiconductor design, compute infrastructure and model architecture to software tooling, deployment, energy efficiency, security and real-world application. AICA is launching to start a dialogue between the disciplines for responsible, scalable and trustworthy partnerships. The conference unites academia and industry, hosting researchers, engineers, founders, investors, infrastructure leaders, and policymakers.
