The Chesapeake Bay chapter of The American Institute of Architects (AIA) serves eleven eastern and western shore counties along Maryland's Chesapeake Bay. Our 200+ members work to honor and preserve the resources of the Chesapeake with high-quality design solutions for residential, commercial, historic, educational and public projects. The Chesapeake Bay Chapter of AIA is committed to advancing the architectural profession to enhance the quality of life for all people. Our vision is to further the development and value of the profession, foster collegiality and networking among architects in our region, support professional licensure, promote ethical practices, advocate for codes and regulations that govern the quality of the built environment, educate the community, and provide architectural services that enhance the quality of life for all people.
