Aha! We do our work in context of a well formed concept of what are the features of a vital, vigorous organization and then in the context of the key process area (KPAs) that collectively constitute how an excellent organization operates. Our philosophy includes a very pragmatic notion of innovation which in our view is the effecting of any change which results in benefits for the organization and its members. This notion of innovation readily encourages and accommodates perfectly good "101 solutions"which are often cast out as not innovative enough. Our CONOPS combines knowledge of client requirements with relevant technologies, processes, tools, and expertise to yield solution concepts which are subsequently implemented via sound project management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and close-out). In this context Aha! Analytics has established and maintains/grows a subject matter area knowledge base which includes information and knowledge on concepts, processes, practices, and tools that are brought to bear on the client's requirements and problems. Aha! Analytics members hold Project Management Institute PMI PMP and International Consortium for Systems Engineers INCOSE CSEP certifications.
