Aguirre Healthcare LLC Information

As it stands today, Aguirre Healthcare, LLC serves as the umbrella company joining together several individual hospitalist groups and an in-house billing service. Since its beginning, with only four physicians, two non-physician providers, and thirty patients, Aguirre Healthcare, LLC has grown to encompass over 70 full time employees and has cared for over 113,000 patient encounters in 2013 alone. The first group to take form under Aguirre Healthcare, Lake Tahoe Regional Hospitalists was founded in 2007 by Jose Aguirre, MD. Since its beginning, LTRH has stood as the sole hospitalist provider for Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare in Carson City, Nevada. In 2008, Dr. Aguirre and LTRH were contracted as medical director and sole hospitalist provider for Carson Tahoe Continuing Care Hospital, a long term acute care facility. By May of 2010, a second hospitalist group was formed, Saint Mary's Hospitalists servicing Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada. By the end of 2010, both hospitalist groups branched out into post-acute care at local skilled nursing facilities across northern Nevada. A third hospitalist group joined the ranks in December 2013, River City Hospitalists located in Memphis, Tennessee. My greatest ambition is to maintain a hospital medicine practice that thrives on providing compassionate care with unsurpassed quality.
