Agro Support Organization Information

Agro Support Organization Tanzania is a new non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 2022 and registered in 2024 under the new NGO Act of 2018 with registration 00NGO/R/7569 to work as a Non-Governmental Organization focusing on agriculture, economic strengthening, climate change adaptation, and resilience. The organization was established with a mission to complement and enhance the efforts of government entities and the private sector in transforming agriculture into a more sustainable and impactful industry. Its focus lies in advancing agricultural practices to improve productivity and efficiency while promoting the economic well-being of farmers, particularly those in rural and underprivileged communities. By addressing the challenges posed by traditional farming methods, the organization seeks to integrate climate-smart agricultural techniques that reduce the environmental footprint of agricultural activities.
