AgriPower, Inc. manufactures unique, transportable and small to mid-sized waste-to-energy Systems that combine the latest advances in electronic, combustion and emission technologies into an affordable and environmentally-friendly waste disposal and utilization solution. They have a proven track record of reliable operation; more than 60 Systems are currently in operation, some for more than 10 years. Savings from avoided waste disposal costs and reduced fuel purchases typically provide a 2.5 to 4 year payback period. They come in varying sizes, and can utilize as fuel from 1 to 60 tons of waste per day and produce from 500,000 to 25,000,000 BTUs/hr of heat energy and generate from 125 kW to 1.3 MW (gross) of continuous electric power. They do not usually require any on-site technical or safety personnel and were specifically designed to operate using unskilled and inexpensive labor. The Systems use numerous waste materials as fuel—from agriculture, construction and forest waste to sorted municipal solid waste and more—in a very clean and efficient manner to generate heated air, hot water, steam, electric power and cooling and refrigeration. Usable fuels also include all types of biomass, cardboard, paper, animal manure and many kinds of plastic. They are modular and skid mounted, making them easy to handle and transport to remote locations. They are ideal for locations that generate and must responsibly dispose of waste such as remote villages, island nations, indigenous communities, resort hotels, hospitals, schools, prisons and industrial, agriculture and livestock facilities, especially those that use diesel oil for their heat energy and/or electric power applications.
