From due diligence and asset modeling, to operations and asset management; we are focused on enhancing value across our portfolio through comprehensive operational oversight and strategic deployments of capital to ensure that our assets are best-in-class multifamily products. Our affiliate (Banyan Development Group, LLC) specializes in new-construction communities primarily concentrated throughout Florida. Our second affiliate (Poplar Development Group, LLC) was recently formed to expand capabilities into the affordable housing preservation space; including new acquisitions throughout the Southeastern United States.
