Agova is a Business Development Consultancy Firm. Our services are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. We work collaboratively with corporates across all sectors to develop growth strategies and foster the implementation of the strategies. Since 2011, Agova has been delivering management and technical advice to actors in the business sector in Zambia to develop business models and norms that increase economic, social and environmental prosperity. We focus on creating win-win business models within our client organizations such that commercial imperatives can be met while improving the livelihoods of an organisation's customer and supplier segments, who are generally the urban and rural poor and micro-entrepreneurs. We are supported by Engineers Without Borders Canada, who have been providing us with exceptional talent since 2011, and other local partners who have connected us to some of the largest companies and organizations in Zambia.
