Agile Supply Chains is committed to working with Clients to identify and implement improvements in supply of products/ services ensuring requirements of Quality, Cost and Delivery are met or exceeded. This will be carried out by applying Lean/ Six Sigma and through problem solving, coaching and leadership skills to clients own or their supply chains businesses. Before commencement we commit to working with clients to understand needs of their business to ensure that we can deliver against them and advise if not.
