In the 21st century, leaders need to remove roadblocks that prevent empowered teams from bringing ideas to reality, foster connections across the organization, help people connect what they’re working on to the organization’s vision and aspiration, and finally, encourage an inclusive and welcoming environment of wholeness, where people can bring their authentic selves to the office, work in energizing and sustainable ways, and pursue the full range of their personal and professional aspirations. Fostering 21st Century Leadership requires a new perspective to leadership development, which is more relevant to today’s changing nature of work. Leaders need to develop a strong sense of self, align themselves with the environment they’re working in, and encourage an inclusive and welcoming environment of wholeness to lead with purpose and impact. Strategic ‘agility’ has become one of the key competitive differentiators for organizations, including education institutions in today's turbulent times. Academic products and services are expected to add value to the students' overall employability skills and abilities. In a rapidly changing globalized world, the market uncertainty is now heavily depended on innovative products and services; therefore, training students to compete in the new economy becomes an utmost necessity. In this network we will discuss Agile Teaching and Learning Methodology and various Agile frameworks as tools to bring agile to education and teach students to be agile.
