Ageus Limited is a boutique corporate, business, and project advisory service with global reach, specializing in organizational and capital structuring, project development and businesses in start up. Founded by the Michael brothers ( Michael M Michael and Geoff Michael) in 2005, the Ageus mission is to combine commercial and business acumen and effort, with extensive networks and contacts, to help provide solutions and outcomes for clients, JV partners or organizations where Ageus is a co-founder, whether remaining private, are currently quoted, or aspiring to a listing. From initial inspiration, through to detailed design and planning, team assembly, procurement, systems implementation, commercial arrangements, corporate structuring, and appropriate capital and debt raisings, Ageus will stay focused on the outcome; always remaining responsive to client needs throughout the process from idea to reality. Having experience with delivering specialized outcomes and being project developers and investors, Ageus has the ability to identify the areas where risk is apparent and hidden, then design and implement strategies to mitigate.
