It goes live in 90 days and is measured in dollars against a baseline taken before anything is built. How we work: • AI Opportunity Assessment (1–4 weeks): the process mapped as it actually runs, every step sorted (delete, code, agent, human), and ranked by dollar value, with a priced first sprint. • 90-Day Production Sprint: one workflow in production, approvals in Slack or email, every agent action logged. • Run & Maintain: priced as a share of the measured saving, and you keep at least 75% of it. • Post-Close AI Plan: for search funds, holdcos and lower-mid-market funds in their first year of owning a company. We have no platform to sell and no licence. You own the build, and it isn’t tied to any one model. We’re led by Rui Luis, a former public-company CEO who has run finance, operations and engineering himself. We’re a Canadian firm, so projects can qualify for BDC’s LIFT financing at 2.25%.
