AgenTek Labs helps teams adapt AI to their work, with cost, control and customisation at the centre. ModelFit is our own studio, delivered as a managed fine-tuning service. You bring a task and examples of good answers. We help prepare the data, compare suitable models and test whether a supported open-weight model is worth adapting. Your experts judge the answers; AgenTek handles the technical work. No training dataset yet? We can help organise approved sources, minimise sensitive information, label examples and reserve separate tests. Data handling and scope are agreed before transfer. You receive before-and-after answers, recorded data and model versions, and the errors that remain. We assess the whole workflow cost. Fine-tuning is not a promise of better answers or lower bills. Our preferred business route is a qualified model endpoint in a cloud account you control, with infrastructure billed directly and AgenTek delivery and operation priced separately. A supported model package for your technical team is another option, subject to its licence and hardware requirements. Keep improving through reviewed corrections and fresh tests. ModelFit captures and exports corrections today. Automatic retraining and self-updating production models are not active features. ModelFit is in guided private beta. Production access, hosting and support are qualified for each engagement. We also provide enterprise AI, cloud and data architecture and integration.
