Agenteer Information

Agenteer is a founder-led AI strategy and engineering practice. We find where AI belongs in your business, build what works, and teach you and your team to make it your own. We help businesses grow, improve operations, and expand what they offer with AI. We identify opportunities, assess their value, feasibility, and risk, and turn the strongest into practical solutions. We'll tell you where AI doesn't belong before we tell you where it does. Ways to work with Agenteer: AI Audit and AI Enablement Sprint. Find where AI could help your business. The Audit gives you priorities, findings, and recommendations. The Sprint adds a prototype tested on your data and a practical 90-day plan. Fractional Chief AI Officer. Senior AI leadership on a monthly retainer. We lead AI strategy, evaluate vendors and systems, oversee delivery, and help you and your team build the skills to use AI effectively. Workshops and team training. Hands-on AI training for business owners, teams, and the communities they serve. Practice applying AI to business tasks, checking its output, and deciding where human judgment is needed. Implementation. We build and integrate AI for sales and customer service (including Voice AI), for operations, and for new or better products and services. The foundation: Agenteer is led by its founder, Charles Shen, PhD, EMBA. His 25+ years of experience span enterprise AI, security research, and internet standards. He led AI initiatives at Intuit, co-directed a research lab at Columbia University, co-authored internet standards used in 4G and 5G voice calling, and has 9 US patents. His patents and research have been cited by organizations including Google, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, Intel, Cisco, Samsung, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Bank of America. We put AI agents to work in our own business. What we learn from running them shapes the systems we build and the workshops we teach. Start with a 20-minute AI fit call: agenteer.com/contact
