Inspired by Nelson Griswold & Scott Cantrell's industry bestseller, DO or DIE: Reinventing Your Benefits Agency for Post-Reform Success, the NextGen Benefits Mastermind (NBM) Partnership helps owners & principals of independent employee benefits firms & benefits practice leaders at independent P&C agencies remain relevant, profitable, independent & growing in the post-reform era. Mastermind Partners participate in a collaborative peer-exchange program exclusively for non-competing agency owners & principals. During quarterly Mastermind Summit events & the annual ASCEND conference, Mastermind Partners collaborate with other agency leaders to solve problems, identify new growth strategies, and develop "next"​ practices to elevate their firm in the marketplace.
