All Girl Everything Ultimate Program (AGE UP) is a Seattle-wide leadership program that brings together middle school and high school aged girls with world-class female athletes. We are all about community building, adult and youth partnerships, peer leadership, collective learning, social justice, and lots of Ultimate Frisbee. We use the positive influence of sports to create a space where girls and women of all different backgrounds are comfortable sharing, learning and having fun!
