La BRVM est une bourse entièrement électronique commune aux huit (8) Etats de l’Union Economique et Monétaire Ouest Africaine (UEMOA), à savoir : le Bénin, le Burkina Faso, La Côte d’Ivoire, la Guinée-Bissau, le Mali, le Niger, le Sénégal et le Togo. Elle a pour mission de :

• assurer la cotation et la négociation des valeurs mobilières ;
