AFMWorkshop Information

AFMWorkshop is a leader in the development, manufacturing and marketing of high-value atomic force microscopes. Our products include the TT-2 AFM, HR AFM, HR-2D AFM, NP AFM, LS AFM, SA AFM and the B-3 AFM. Markets we address with these products include: a) Nanotechnology Research- Scientists imaging nanostructures with an AFM in their labs. b) Instrument innovators - Scientists and engineers using AFM as a platform to create a new instrument. c) Education - Educators teaching students about AFM design, operation, and applications. d) Process Development & Process Control - Engineers improving or controlling a process with AFM. Several times a year we offer workshops for customers to assemble their AFMs and learn best AFM operating procedures, as well as workshops in assorted applications of AFMs in nanotechnology research.
