Coordinated through our dedicated customer service helpdesk, we offer a full range of services, from remote management, telephone and email support provided by our technical support team, to site visits for preventive and reactive maintenance by our field service teams. All of this is overseen by senior engineers to ensure high quality of service. We can also draw on the experience from our in-house projects, installation and design teams if further expertise is required. No matter what type of equipment or Security equipment systems, they all have different requirements where maintenance is concerned. Our technical and support teams have a broad experience across a range of systems and brands as well as specialist and DPS certified engineers and technicians.
