Our platform called AFFORDABLE is focused on developing a revolutionary patient-centered online platform which implements a systems based healthcare approach to improving the lives of struggling socioeconomic populations. AFFORDABLE has three primary goals to 1) simplify and improve the acquisition of resources and financial support for underprivileged populations, 2) improve resource distribution by enhancing inter-institutional communication, and 3) promote small Health-Utilizing Grants to increase immediate financial assistance directed toward improving healthcare outcomes.
