Affordable Development Outcomes specialises in the provision of strategic, evidence-based advice to governments, landowners, developers and housing agencies, focusing on identifying local demand and developing policies and land-use strategies to address Affordable Housing need. Our work aims to simplify this complex issue and provide advice to support Council to facilitate more Affordable Housing in partnership, supporting sustainable and integrated communities Our work includes: - Research into Affordable Housing demand and supply for local governments and property owners. - Analysis and development of Affordable Housing strategies for landowners, developers or local councils to support successful planning approvals - Development of Affordable Housing strategies for Local Government. - Provision of advice to industry and government, with a focus on land-use planning approaches to Affordable Housing. Director Kate Breen brings over 15 years’ experience in the housing policy and delivery fields and has a comprehensive knowledgeable understanding of government housing and planning policies, residential development processes and feasibility, coupled with highly developed project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
