Affinity Space helps fast-moving organisations solve two challenges that are increasingly colliding: developing better leaders and helping people adapt to AI. We’re a London-based learning consultancy working globally with organisations including Nike, Sony, UiPath and Bolt. Most workplace training gives people more to know, then hopes something changes back at work. Our Leadership and AI Readiness Labs are built to change what people actually do. One challenge. Three weeks. Around four hours. People learn together, apply new capabilities to live work and return with evidence of what changed. Every Lab is fully customised, delivered by handpicked facilitators and measured before and after. Our Leadership Labs focus on the moments that define whether managers are effective: setting direction, making decisions, coaching performance, navigating difficult conversations and leading through change. Our AI work focuses on the human side of adoption: confidence, judgement, changing workflows and helping managers lead their teams through the shift - not technical tool training.
