Affinity Communities Master LLC is a Texas-based real estate development and investment platform focused on residential land development, master-planned communities, single-family housing, multifamily development, and independent senior living. Led by Founder and Managing Partner Barry Hill, the company builds on a real estate development business established in 2005 as JJ Developments and renamed Affinity Communities in 2017. Our development strategy encompasses land acquisition, entitlement approvals, horizontal infrastructure, finished-lot delivery to homebuilders, and selected vertical construction opportunities. Our primary markets include Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio, with opportunities for expansion into additional U.S. markets. Our residential development initiatives include housing for veterans, workforce families, and homebuyers seeking well-designed communities. The company is also developing Affinity Real Asset Investment Fund I (ARAIF Fund I), an emerging real estate investment fund targeting $250 million in capital commitments.
