Affect Labs offers an engine called Benchmark7 that uses software to crawl social networks to establish sentiment analysis for brand intelligence. In other words, it allows companies to know what people are actually saying about their brands in real time. Channel 4 has funded us to make sense of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer so that people will know what to see based on aggregated information rather than being forced to ask random passers-by if a show is worth seeing. We are looking for funding for additional development and staffing needs, and to support sales activity.
